Led personally by our executive team, the NHC Project Management Office (PMO) tracks all critical project-level dependencies. We standardize and document the best project management techniques. PMO sets the scope for the projects, trains staff, and tracks the metrics for all processes. We use metrics to optimize processes and ensure each project is aimed at the organization's objectives and goals.
PMO continually engages in customer facing guidance, instruction, and alignment. We conduct and facilitate project status and dashboarding information including progress updating and issue resolution.
